In collaboration with MARCA RIBE, a platform for Caribbean creatives dedicated to curatorial projects, art and design collecting, and fostering cultural exchange across the region. Founded by curator and university professor David Guerra.
This session is dedicated to Nala Sinephro. Born in Brussels to a Belgian classical pianist and a Martinican saxophonist, Sinephro has developed a singular musical language that draws equally from both inheritances: the harp and modular synthesizers, jazz improvisation and expansive ambient soundscapes.
During the pandemic, she spent time in Martinique recording the sounds of the island, and that sensitivity to place and atmosphere resonates throughout her work.
To contextualize the listening experience, David Guerra will offer a brief introduction exploring hybridity, cultural friction, and contemporary Caribbean identity. The session will then continue with a full listening of Endlessness, Sinephro’s second studio album, released on September 6, 2024, to widespread critical acclaim.

Tickets are sold in advance only — there will be no door sales.
100% of ticket proceeds go directly to the featured artist — or to the artist or curator leading the session.
